Our App enables users to identify houseplants, receive plant care suggestions, set reminders, and create personalized plant collections.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Any disputes related to these Terms shall first be addressed via direct communication through support@getpot.app. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Spain.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use after such updates indicates your acceptance.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We aim to offer accurate plant identification and care suggestions. However, all such information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of any identification result or care advice. The App may misidentify plants or provide care instructions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific plant or environment.
