Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of paid subscription plans available within the mobile application ("App") provided by ANDREI HAIDUKEVICH ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options:

Subscription benefits include access to premium features within the App.

2. Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours beforethe trial period ends, your Apple account will be automatically charged for the annual fee.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through your Apple App Store account via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.

Your subscription will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal prices will match the original subscription price unless we notify you of a change in advance.

5. Notifications

We do not send separate email or in-app notifications about renewals. All billing and renewal notifications are handled by Apple via the App Store.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

To manage or cancel, go to:

Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions

⚠️ Refunds for unused time are not provided. All refund requests must be handled directly through Apple.

7. Subscription Expiry

If your payment fails or your subscription is canceled, you will lose access to premium features upon expiry of the current paid period.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you within the App or by other appropriate means. Continued use of a subscription after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
