We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or payment information directly. All payments are handled by Apple/Google and RevenueCat.

We use your information solely to provide and improve the App's features, including:

• Plant identification
• Personalized plant care suggestions
• Collections and reminders
• Subscription and account management

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate and enhance the App:

• Firebase and Google Analytics: for secure data storage and app performance analytics
• RevenueCat: for managing subscriptions and billing
• Pl@ntNet API (https://identify.plantnet.org): for plant image recognition
• OpenAI (ChatGPT API): to generate plant descriptions and care advice based on identification results
• Your device: some non-personal data (such as settings or preferences) may be stored locally for performance and offline use

These services may access limited data necessary to perform their functions. Each provider follows its own privacy and security practices.

4. Account Access and Email Management

You can access your account using:

• Email and password
• Apple ID (Sign in with Apple)

At this time, changing your registered email address is not supported. Please ensure continued access to the email or Apple ID used during account creation.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure connections, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is securely stored via our service providers. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted without delay.

8. Children's Privacy
